Generator Controller Upgrade

Replacement of failed Cummins PowerCommand controller with Deep Sea Electronics 7410 MKII and Deep Sea Electronics AVR.  Addition of GAC governor to allow variable ramping of Engine RPM and limit presence of diesel soot and smoke in exhaust on start up.

 

GENERATOR & Automatic Transfer Switch Installaton

Custom installation to accommodate single generator supplying 2 X occupancies from seperate main switches, with remote solar input automatically disconnected on generator startup.  Work completed with client to minimise downtime, and isolation performed out of normal business hours.  Himoinsa/Generator Power Generator and Schnieder TrasnferPact Switchgear.

 

MARINE Engine Controller installation

Removal of 6 X redundant Cummins Main Engine controllers and installation of 4 X Badouin controllers, harnesses, start battery isolators and 2 X additional local control panels to facilitate Main Engine Replacement, aboard 64M Heavy Load Carrier ISAN.  Works completed at Brisbane dry dock under tight time restrictions and in coordination with other trades.

 

PLC and control wiring installation

Installation of control system to facilitate automating, remote monitoring and remote control of hi flow irrigation pumps to geographically remote cotton farms in Darling Downs region, Queensland.  Installed as a 'piggy-back' module to existing Emerson Soft-Starters, with integration of existing telemetry equipment.

 

Cable tray installation

Engineering and installation of architecturally designed cable tray feature above bar and throughout dining floor, Banoi Restaurant, Melbourne CBD.
